When you send an inquiry or request a guide, we collect the details you give us — your name, email, phone (if provided), the type of entity you run, and what you need help with. We do not collect more than we need to respond to you.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and provide the help you asked for.
- To send a free guide you requested, and occasional related tax tips you can unsubscribe from at any time.
- To improve our website using aggregate, anonymised analytics.
Analytics & cookies
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used. Analytics scripts load only after you interact with the page, so they never slow down your first visit. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
We use a reputable email provider to deliver messages. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. We only disclose information if required by law.
Access, correction & removal
You can ask us what information we hold, correct it, or have it removed. Email hello@fernway.co.nz and we'll action it promptly.

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe. No online service is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect and who can access it.
